The doctors need to eat at the appropriate times and to avoid regular or light meal in the late time of night, as stated newspaper "Al".

The site said: «Science Daily» that the university study found that eating at irregular times, such as eating late at night when the body needs to sleep, make the weight increase and thus contribute to the exacerbation of the problem of obesity
