Exercise alone does not address the obesity

Scientists have warned of the misconception that aerobic exercise alone help to tackle the problem of obesity and it requires an unusual amount of physical training over a long period of time to feel significant improvement in weight.

The newspaper "The Independent" on Professor John Speakman of the University of Aberdeen British saying, "We have a witness that exercise does not contribute in the treatment of obesity. The only way of treatment is to work on reducing diets."

He added: It is important for policy makers to realize that, if they want to raise awareness of the importance of slimming for the heavy-weight and those who suffer from obesity, and that the most effective way is to promote the importance of rationalizing practices of healthy eating.
