Lack of sleep limits the benefits of diets

Recent American study revealed that lack of sleep limits the benefits of diets, especially those related to loss of fat mass.

Mta and concluded the study published in the American Annals of Internal Medicine that whenpeople sleep the number of hours required, more than half of the weight loss comes the loss offat, but they do not lose only a quarter of the amount of fat if you do not sleep for hours is sufficient.
