Ride a bike every day to get the body limber

A new study conducted by U.S. researchers just 5 minutes of riding the bike every day can help the young woman to lose weight.



The team from the Harvard School of Public Health and Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, according to the newspaper "Sunrise" Egyptian women are the most weight are the most benefit.
